Vanaf 1 april aanstaande stelt het ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid het kosteloze STAP ontwikkeladvies open voor registratie en kunnen naast scholingsinstanties ook loopbaanprofessionals een concrete bijdrage leveren aan werkend Nederland.
Let op: het STAP ontwikkeladvies is gericht op groepen mensen die weinig bijscholen, weinig scholingsmogelijkheden hebben of het meeste baat hebben bij scholing en kent als specifieke doelgroep praktische geschoolden met een afgeronde opleiding van maximaal mbo-2.
Alleen mensen met een hoogst genoten opleiding op mbo-2 niveau als achtergrond komen in aanmerking. Concreet betekent dit:
• géén opleiding afgerond
• basisonderwijs
• vmbo of mavo
• mbo-1/mbo entree
• mbo-2
Mensen met een diploma op het niveau van mbo-3, mbo-4, havo of vwo zonder aanvullende opleiding kunnen dus géén gebruik maken van deze regeling. De unieke registratiecode wordt eenmalig gekoppeld aan een BSN en kan nadien niet meer worden overgezet op een andere deelnemer. Ook dit is nieuw ten opzichte van de vorige subsidierondes.

Please note: the STAP development advice is aimed at groups of people who have few additional training, few training opportunities or who benefit most from training, and has as a specific target group those with practical training with a completed education of no more than MBO-2.

Het STAP ontwikkeladvies zal naar verwachting met ingang van 1 april 2022 worden opengesteld, in plaats van de eerder genoemde datum van 1 maart 2022. De reden hiervoor is dat de regeling nu extra maatregelen bevat om eventueel oneigenlijk gebruik te voorkomen. Dit naar aanleiding van berichtgeving in de media over de crisisregelingen NL Leert Door. De extra maatregelen hebben impact op het registratie- en aanvraagproces. Daarom is zorgvuldige toetsing nodig op uitvoerbaarheid.
Dit besluit over het STAP ontwikkeladvies staat los van het STAP-budget. Werkenden en werkzoekenden kunnen wel vanaf 1 maart 2022 een STAP-budget van maximaal € 1.000 per jaar aanvragen voor scholing en ontwikkeling. Daarover lees je hier meer.

STAP development advice postponed, new target date April 1

The STAP development advice is expected to be made available with effect from 1 April 2022, instead of the aforementioned date of 1 March 2022. The reason for this is that the scheme now contains additional measures to prevent any improper use. This in response to media reports about the NL Leert Door crisis schemes. The extra measures have an impact on the registration and application process. That is why careful assessment of feasibility is necessary.
This decision on the STAP development advice is independent of the STAP budget. From 1 March 2022, workers and job seekers can apply for a STAP budget of up to €1,000 per year for training and development. You can read more about this here.
New schedule
